About this pathway

A complete game-development pathway on Unity that starts you at zero and leaves you able to build a complex game and ship it. You learn C#, the design patterns studios actually use, performance profiling, and the code architecture that holds up once a project grows. By the end you are ready for all three official Unity certification exams: Certified User, then Associate, then Professional. SitaraX is the only Unity Technologies education partner in Jordan.

What you will build

  • Complete, complex games written in C# inside Unity
  • Systems built on the design patterns professionals use: Singleton, Factory, Object Pooling, Observer
  • Measured performance: finding the real source of a slowdown with the right profiling tools before touching it
  • Code architecture that survives a growing project, written to the standards senior programmers hold you to
  • Fast prototypes that get played and changed, instead of ideas that stay on paper
  • Monetisation and ads that raise ARPDAU and grow what the game earns
  • An interactive scene in VR — bonus material inside the pathway
  • A tested, debugged game that has reached a state worth publishing

Who this is for

  • Anyone who has never written a line of code and wants a route that will not abandon them halfway
  • Computer science and software engineering students who want to turn what they know into a game people actually play
  • Working developers who need an official Unity certification to turn experience into something a recruiter can read
  • Anyone aiming at a job inside a games team: gameplay programmer, professional game tester, or eventually technical lead

How it runs

Recorded, interactive lectures — questions surface inside the video as you watch. Six months is the normal run, and it can be extended at enrolment if you already know commitments are coming. The certification track runs in three stages: Certified User over seven weeks, then Associate over five, then Professional over seven.

Who teaches it

  • محمّد صبحي — Moh'd Subhi

    Mentor of the pathway

Twenty-five years in development and project management, spanning cloud infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity and QA/QC, full-stack web and mobile, and on into game engines, AI, VR and AR. He has delivered projects for international companies including XEROX and WONDERWARE, and is the senior mentor behind SitaraX's pedagogy and pathways.

  • عمرو الحسن — Amro Alhasan

Instructor assistant · Unity Jordan official representative

Trained on Unity's scope and framework, and specialised in gamification methods and their psychological effect on learning. An anti-tamper technologies researcher. He currently works on large-scale Digital Twin environments and city development visualizations in Saudi Arabia, creating Digital Twins for real estate, ambitious development projects, and entire cities. Notably, he leads the creation of a Digital Twin of the entire city of Al Madinah Al Munawwara in Unreal Engine, alongside other projects in Riyadh and King Salman Park.

  • باسل محمّد — Basil Mohammed

    Game design & concept art

An Unreal animation and gaming specialist, a multiple-time winner of the MODEE Game Competition, a game design and development graduate of Al Hussein Technical University, and the creator of interactive movie games.

Common questions

How long is the pathway, and am I tied to a deadline?

Six months is the normal limit. You can extend it at enrolment if you already know commitments are coming, and anyone working through the recorded content — as opposed to the interactive track — can pause and take a break without being held to a period at all.

What does the pathway cover?

The pathway covers the Certified User and Certified Associate levels: programming, UI, debugging and asset management. Only students who pass User and Associate qualify for the Certified Professional content.

Are the lectures recorded or live?

The lectures are recorded and interactive — questions appear inside them to hold your attention and deepen your understanding of the project.

Can I put the certificate on my CV?

Absolutely. A SitaraX certificate is among the most valuable in the field, because the skills behind it go well past the basics the market asks for — which is also why earning one takes creativity, time and effort. SitaraX certificates go to the passionate and the inventive, and nobody else. Applicants who submitted a completed pathway and its projects with their CV saw their employment chances rise by 30%.

How does the official Unity certification plan work?

The plan is the same whatever your level: we start you at zero and take you to Certified User over seven weeks, then qualify you for Associate over five weeks where things get considerably more advanced, then Professional — the hardest stage and the strongest certificate in the field — over seven weeks.

Are the certification exam fees covered?

The SitaraX scholarship goes to students scoring 95% or above in the pathway, and covers Unity Certified Associate: Programmer, Unity Certified Professional: Programmer, and Unity Certified Professional: Artist.
